Introduction
All companies providing services are required to present their terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services booked or provided by AAH Group Services. By requesting services from us, you agree that these conditions will govern those services and bookings.
We have established these terms to protect you as a client, our partners, and suppliers, and to maintain our company’s first-class reputation. Please take the time to read them carefully.
Rules
1.Client Information
- 1.1 Accuracy: Details provided to AAH Group Services when booking services must be accurate and truthful. You must notify us of any changes as soon as possible. Providing incorrect information may invalidate your booking.
- 1.2 Authorization: The payment card used must be your own or authorized by your company, with sufficient funds to cover the cost of services booked.
- 1.3 Affiliations: For flights and accommodations, note that AAH Group Services is not a registered tour operator but works through accredited, registered, and reputable affiliates.
- 1.4 Payments: Payments for all services must be made in advance. No contract exists until we accept your booking, issue an invoice, and receive a deposit or full payment with cleared funds. The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified on the invoice. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and applicable charges.
Fees
1.Payment and Fees
- 2.1 Current Fees: Our current fees are presented to you upon request.
- 2.2 Privacy: We do not store credit card details nor share financial details with third parties.
- 2.3 Authorization: New clients will receive a Payment Card Authorization Form. AAH Group Services is not liable for the use of your card if used according to your instructions on the form.
- 2.4 Full Payment: No services will proceed without full payment either to AAH Group Services or the supplier.
- 2.5 Administration Fee: A 4% fee will be added to all card transactions made to AAH Group Services.
- 2.6 Cancellations:
- a. Concierge Services: Can be canceled within 14 days of payment. Work done within this period will be billed. No refunds after 14 days.
- b. Luxury Experiences: Subject to individual supplier terms and a 15% administration fee from AAH Group Services.
- c. Event Planning: Can be canceled within 14 days of payment. Work done within this period will be billed. No refunds after 14 days.
General
1.Service Provision
- 3.1 Right to Withdraw: AAH Group Services reserves the right to withdraw any services or refuse service.
- 3.2 Compliance Changes: AAH Group Services may change services to comply with legal or safety requirements without materially affecting the nature or quality of the services. Clients will be notified of such changes.
- 3.3 Request Methods: Requests must be made by telephone, email, or WhatsApp. Text message requests are not accepted.
Suppliers
1.Supplier Relationships
- 4.1 Commissions: AAH Group Services reserves the right to accept commissions from suppliers, typically between 10% – 20%.
- 4.2 Supplier Prices: If a supplier does not offer a commission, AAH Group Services may add one on top of the supplier’s price.
- 4.3 Supplier Responsibility: Suppliers are responsible for the services and products booked. AAH Group Services facilitates communication unless direct contact is more appropriate.
- 4.4 Supplier Terms: Services are subject to individual supplier terms and conditions.
- 4.5 Service Descriptions: All service descriptions have been approved by the relevant supplier. AAH Group Services is not liable for inaccuracies.
- 4.6 Contractual Relationships: Contracts for goods/services are between the client and the supplier. AAH Group Services is not a party to these contracts and cancellation terms will apply according to the supplier’s policies.
- 4.7 Payment Processing: Supplier payments are processed through AAH Group Services as part of the agreed service.
- 4.8 Quotations: Quotations for suppliers and services must be provided by AAH Group Services. Booking directly with suppliers after receiving a quotation from us entitles AAH Group Services to invoice for lost commissions.
- 4.9 Arranging Services: If AAH Group Services arranges any part of a booking, we are entitled to a 15% commission from the client.
Availability
1.Service Availability
- 5.1 Availability: AAH Group Services strives to secure availability from our network of partners and suppliers, but cannot guarantee it as it depends on their schedules and availability.
Liability
1.Liability and Limitations
- 6.1 Care and Skill: AAH Group Services will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing services.
- 6.2 Supplier Availability: Supplier availability may change. AAH Group Services will endeavor to find substitutes if needed.
- 6.3 Supplier Actions: AAH Group Services is not responsible for supplier actions.
- 6.4 Governing Contracts: Contracts for goods/services are between the client and supplier.
- 6.5 Assistance: AAH Group Services will assist with supplier dealings but is not responsible for goods/services provided by suppliers.
- 6.6 Recommendations: AAH Group Services provides recommendations to clients but accepts no liability for outcomes.
- 6.7 Supplier Omissions: AAH Group Services is not liable for supplier acts or omissions.
- 6.8 Website Access: AAH Group Services is not liable for website access issues or transaction failures.
- 6.9 Losses and Claims: AAH Group Services is not liable for any losses or claims related to service provision or reliance on our information/suggestions.
- 6.10 Force Majeure: AAH Group Services is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
Jurisdiction
1.Legal Jurisdiction
- 7.1 Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By engaging with AAH Group Services, you agree to these terms and conditions, ensuring a clear understanding of the responsibilities and expectations from both parties.
2.5 Administration Fee of 4% will be added to all card transactions made to AAH Group Services.
2.6 Cancellations –
- Concierge – if you wish to cancel your Concierge Service you may do so within a 14 day period of your payment date. Any work carried out within this period will be billed to you. Any requests for cancellation after the 14 day time frame will not be accepted. No refunds will be granted after the 14 day period. We reserve the right to add extra administration charges for lengthy changes after the completed itinerary has been sent to you.
- Luxury Experiences – if you wish to cancel a Luxury Experience you are subject to the individual suppliers’ terms and conditions which will be set out to you upon booking. You will also be subject to a 15% administration fee from AAH Group Services.
- Event Planning – if you wish to cancel an Event you may do so within a 14 day period of your payment date. Any work carried out within this period will be billed to you. Any requests for cancellation after the 14 day time frame will not be accepted. No refunds will be granted after the 14 day period.
GENERAL
3.1 AAH Group Services reserves the right to withdraw any services and/or to refuse to supply the services requested.
3.2 AAH Group Services shall have the right to make any changes to the Services that may be necessary to comply with any relevant law or safety requirement, or which do not materially affect the nature or quality of the Services, and AAH Group Services shall notify clients in any such event.
3.3 Requests may be placed by telephone, email or WhatsApp. We do not accept any requests by text message.
SUPPLIERS
4.1 You acknowledge that AAH Group Services reserves the right to accept commissions upon the supply of products or performance of services by any Supplier and we work on a 10% – 20% commission.
4.2 Should a Supplier not offer commission to AAH Group Services, we reserve the right to add commission on top of the Supplier price.
4.3 Suppliers are responsible for providing you with the services, products and activities that you book. AAH Group Services shall communicate with Suppliers on your behalf unless it is more appropriate for you to contact the Supplier directly.
4.4 Services are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual third party supplier.
4.5 All descriptions of any services provided by AAH Group Services have been agreed and approved by the relevant Supplier. AAH Group Services shall not be liable for inaccurate or misleading descriptions.
4.6 You acknowledge that the contract for the supply of goods and/or services made as a result of your request or the request of your PA is between you and the relevant Supplier and that AAH Group Services is not a party to such contract. Cancellation of contracts with Suppliers will be addressed with the Supplier directly and will be subject to the relevant Supplier’s terms and conditions. Any cancellation fees incurred, AAH Group Services reserve the right to invoice you for these fees in accordance with the Supplier’s terms and conditions.
4.7 All supplier payments are contractually processed through AAH Group Services as part of the agreed service.
4.8 When you are contracted with AAH Group Services, it is on the understanding that all quotations for suppliers and service providers are provided to you by AAH Group Services.
4.9 Once we have quoted for a supplier or service provider, if you the client were to book the same service with supplier or service provider directly, AAH Group Services are within their right to invoice you for any commissions lost.
- If you the client book a service but require AAH Group Services to arrange any part of that booking, AAH Group Services will be entitled to commission from that booking in the sum of 15% charged to you the client.
AVAILABILITY
5.1 AAH Group Services will always work to its best endeavours to gain availability for the services, bookings and activities you require from our lengthy contact list of partners and suppliers. However we have to adhere to the calendars and availability of our suppliers and partners and whilst we work closely with them to ensure availability, this cannot always be guaranteed.
LIABILITY
6.1 AAH Group Services will at all times, exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Services as far as reasonably practicable. Where AAH Group Services chooses a Supplier to provide Services, it will use reasonable care and skill in selecting and engaging such Supplier.
6.2 All clients engaging in our services should note that the successful sourcing of Suppliers is always subject to availability and may change from time to time without notice. If any Supplier becomes unavailable, AAH Group Services will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that a substitute Supplier is located.
6.3 AAH Group Services shall not be responsible for any actions of Suppliers.
6.4 Any Goods or Services provided by the Supplier will be governed by the contract formed between the client and the Supplier.
6.5 AAH Group Services will not be responsible for any Goods or Services provided by the Supplier but will use its reasonable endeavours to assist in any subsequent dealings with Suppliers.
6.6 AAH Group Services may be asked to make recommendations to clients. When making such recommendations, AAH Group Services shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that such recommendations are accurate. AAH Group Services accepts no liability for any goods or services provided in the course of acting upon such a recommendation.
6.7 AAH Group Services disclaims any and all liability for any act or omission of any Supplier or any loss incurred by a client as a result of any act or omission of a Supplier.
6.8 AAH Group Services accepts no liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access our website or information or any failure to complete a transaction.
6.9 AAH Group Services shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any nature whatever (direct or indirect) resulting from the provision of the services or your reliance upon the information and suggestions provided by AAH Group Services and the resulting supply of goods and services to you by any third party supplier.
6.9.1 AAH Group Services shall not be liable to the client and will not be deemed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions for any delay in performing or failure to perform the Services where such delay or failure is due to causes or events beyond the reasonable control of AAH Group Services.
Jurisdiction
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
